    After hearing from residents on the doorstep, Ashok has held a public meeting on the state of the highways, street lighting and facilities on the Church Hill development in Skelton. The meeting attended by Ashok, Ward Councillors Helen and Dave Mcluckie and Brian Briggs, Redcar and Cleveland Council executive member for highways Mary Lanigan, a Council Officer and representatives from Church Hill Residents Association.     Ashok Kumar joined the Minister for Veterans, Kevan Jones MP, in welcoming solo cyclist Peter Wilson to the Ministry of Defence following his 220 mile sponsored bike ride.
