Ashok was so delighted to hear of the new local business that promises to help local people facing reposession that he immediately requested a meeting with their founder Micky Rogers, a local Guisborough businesswoman.

The website aims to cut out the difficulties of property chains by matching homeowners and allowing them to simply swap properties.

After the meeting, Ashok said that "this is a fantastic idea which has real implications for my constituents. By allowing people to swap properties, the process of moving can become a much easier and less stressfull time for all involved."
